NEW cozies with the tags still on, unused, may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. Reach out to us at info@coolhandnukes.com and we'll do our best to help. Did you purchase or receive one that has quality issues? We check them over very carefully but if you find something we missed, we're only too happy to exchange it for another of the same design, or IF we are out of that one, for another one of your choosing.
