Update for our U.S. customers

As of August 29th, the U.S. government removed the de minimis duty-free threshold for products shipped from other countries, including Canada.

This means that all shipments - no matter how small - are now subject to significant duties. As the shipper, we have to pre-pay these duties. As a small business, we simply can't absorb these costs, so we would have to increase the cost of our products to compensate.

Because we want to keep our products fairly priced, and because we cannot guarantee smooth and easy shipping, we've made the difficult decision to pause all shipping to the U.S. This pause will remain in place until the de minimis exception is restored.

We're very grateful to our American friends and customers, and the support you've shown our business over the years. We hope this situation is resolved sooner rather than later.
